We have really strong emotional impulses.

 

That, and the fact that people talk crap about a young, developing player who will almost surely make it in the bigs before his approach was decimated by the coaching staff. This is the same coaching staff that is playing Nevin out of position in an ill-concieved attempt to salvage a year in which we're 19 games under .500. I get whiny because of that, as well.

Bad results, but by all accounts, he seems to be coming along. You wouldn't expect him to be all that sharp, with the limited number of outings he's had this year. He obviously fooled a lot of guys, but he must have left too many hittable pitches over the plate, which happens when you're control isn't on.

 

Looks like a nice outing to build on, even though the outing itself wasn't good.
