I wouldn't believe Murph if he said the sky was blue without actually seeing it for myself.

True.

But if what murph says is true, that would be great. I want a new GM

I think that Hendry could be a pretty good commish, and it would be better for us since I believe we wouldn't have to buy him out, and we would get and new GM.

What scares me is that MacPhail would probably consider Jim Bowden.

or maybe i got it mixed up...sorry.....if it was me....

MacPhail is definately a candidate.

I'd guess Murph, or someone he was talking to, got confused and mixed the two up.

Walks would now take 6 balls to occur. OBP would be an illegal statistic, and anyone caught using it to evaluate talent would be banned from baseball.

I hadn't heard that Bud was stepping down this year, but I have seen MacPhail mentioned as a candidate several times in the past.

Neifi Perez and Glendon Rusch would be required to make the ASG every single year.

If a guy who can't run is batting, walks to him would be banned so they don't clog the bases for guys who can run.

No, no, no. I want Jeb Bush to be the new commish (so long as it keeps him off the ticket for the 2008 presidential election)

Murph said Bud would step down in 8 months (or 18 months. I can't remember which)
