Granderson homered to right field

Polanco singled to center field

Wilson sacrificed to the pitcher, safe at first on a throwing error, E1, Polanco to third

Ordonez popped out to first base

Guillen homered to left field, Polanco & Wilson scored

Thames walked

Shelton homered to center field, Thames scored

Inge grounded out to third, 5-3

For those reveling in Prior's crapiness, it is still early to say that he is done. Still, I am not watching the rest of this game.

 

probably wasn't a good idea to watch any of it

Let's all hope that Prior's current value will be the lowest of his entire career. This season can only be described as gruesome.

Does anyone find it strange when Dusty has been most successful? The Giants made the playoffs when Barry Bonds reached a 19 hat size. The Cubs make the playoffs when Sammy was... bigger. The Cubs have been dreadful ever since stringent testing has been implemented. Isn't it weird how most of his strongest defenders have played the worst over the last couple of years?
