He basically said that "Dusty knows that we are going to sit down and talk to him on my terms. There is no timetable for a decision. We still think and hope that Dusty has the ability to turn this team around" etc.

Well you would hope so! Hendry can't be that blind! Being a former coach you would think he knows what it takes to manage.
