If Cedeno doesn't get a run home, it will be the second straight inning the Cubs can't get a runner home from third with 0 outs

I low balled A-Ram's RBI total in the Season Predictions contest. I feel pretty good about that now (well, I don't feel good, but you know what I mean)

To answer Len's question in regards to why Ernie Banks did not keep any of his baseball memorabilia:

Hall of Fame baseball great Ernie Banks, who always seem to have a nice word to say about everything, recently expressed to Jet his dismay at learning cherished baseball memorabilia was put on the auction block without his permission.

"My memorabilia was sold without my consent and it hurts," Banks informed Jet during an interview. "I think of the sweat and tears put in to accumulate them and now they're gone, you say: |wow, why me.'"

Banks was relieved of 85 items as part of a divorce settlement with his ex-wife, who in turn sold them to collectors who put them in a sports memorabilia auction (Jet, Aug. 9).

Among the most valuable items, his 50-ounce sterling silver bat which sold for $13,500 and his 500th home run ball which sold for $13,000.

Banks said the silver bat and a commemorative placque he received from the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) were items he wanted back the most.

Why do I get the feeling that we're going to regret this missed opportuniity?

Edit: Second straight inning with a runner on 3rd and nobody out and they couldn't get him home.
