Strikes please.

This is not something I would've expected to hear during Guzman's starts. I figured that if he struggled in the majors, it would be because he was too hittable. This control trouble, I'm hoping it's just nerves, because his walk rate has been very low throughout his time in the minors.

I have a feeling if Guzman doesn't perform well today he's on his way to Iowa. Might be anyways, if Wood electrifies them tonight.

I don't see how he's not sent to Iowa after this start. Hill's been a little bit better than Gooz and it would probably serve Angel well to work on some things in Des Moines.

Plus, it gets him away from Larry.

Yeah, I think Wood will bump regardless of how this start goes.

Iirc the Cubs have an off day coming up, so they can skip Guzman's start. If he's shaky today, might as well send him down and get him a start 5 days from now.

If he gives up only 1 run today, gotta keep him up tho.

Williams hurt.

I actually wasn't disappointed at the walk to Williams. I was going to joke and say Williams might wear himself out running the bases, but it looks like that's what happened.

Still don't know if Williams is staying in the game.

Bochy argued because Murton tried to look for the ball when it went into the ivy.

Williams is leaving the game.

Dusty, take Neifi out now please.
