Can someone sum up how Guz has looked in a couple of sentences? Sorry - I just got back to my office and flipped on the radio. Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen any of the game, and am listening on the radio, but I will say that Guzman is looking good enough that Ron Santo actually appears to be paying attention.

First inning jitters. Single up the middle erased by a DP, triple, HBP, but got out of it with no runs.

2nd inning--- Dominant.

Bronson Arroyo throwing another gem. 1 hitter thru 6 in Washington. Damn Reds need to remember they suck.

Seconded. This is something that me and the Cardinal fan next to me at work both agree upon.

Has Bronson gone yard yet?

Yeah I see he hasn't gone yard ... he's praying for another Rusch matchup this year to pad his SLG.

No, because he's not facing Cub pitching.

It certainly was dominant. Here's to hoping he can do something similar to the top of the order when he faces them again. Those hitters in the 2nd weren't much of a threat.
