Yes, I am actually simming this on Baseball Stars for the NES.

Eddy pinch hit for Jacks

Eddy line drives it into Wood's glove for an out

Denny's bunt pops out

DiMaggio doubles off the LF wall

Aaron grounds out to 3B

pitcher IP H R ER BB K HR PIT
Wood 4.0 9 6 6 1 1 2 45

And Wood's day is done in the 4th inning... good outing considering the quality of the opposition except for the last inning.

Simulated Cubs end up losing 15-14.

Ah excellent reference to the American Dreams... although you made one mistake. You have "Babe" making an out at least two times, which is impossible, considering that I couldn't get him out once. I generally resorted to beaning him, rather than throwing a strike and giving up a home run.

anyone ever play baseball simulator 2000(maybe it was 3000)?

best baseball video game ever.

Brilliant game. I spent a good majority of my childhood throwing those wacky pitches. Remember the hit that when it hits the ground an earthquake happens and none of the fielders can move, but you can. Good stuff.

the cannonball, the lightning, the stop pitch! you could play the games in space, etc. man. that was the first game i can remember where you could name the players and give them the attributes you wanted.

for some reason, i named the clean up hitter after my girlfriend and made her a power hitter.  :D

Heroes were the best team. It wasn't fair because not only did they have the best players, but they also got 50 more power points to use on special pitches and hits.

I challenge anyone to a game of Baseball Simulator 1.000 for NES (so long as I get to be the Heroes).

Clearly not, I'm still just an "everyday player" and I'm not ready to compete with the "All-Stars."

How much are simulated tickets ?

I would probably pay 50 simulated dollars but zero simulated dollars for simulated beer.

I've heard simulated beer is quite stale. I would stay away, even if it costs zero simulated dollars.

It's called O'Douls
