Ouch buddy. Sorry to say it, but that's really bad. I'm guessing you picked Pedro or Utley 1st, the other 2nd, Beltran 3rd, Giles 4th, and everyone else off the WW??? Your pitching is really really bad. I'm sorry but possibly the worst team i've ever seen, even in NL only.

I expect that Ohman would have zero fantasy value. He's not likely to get many wins or any saves, and even if he has a low ERA, he probably wouldn't have enough innings to have an impact on the team as a whole.

Some of those picks (e.g. Jackson, Barfield) I think would be better picks for a keeper league than for this season.

I would guess Ohman would get a decent amount of holds, as well as being strong in the ERA and WHIP department if he continues to be used as a LOOGY. In a 10 team NL only league, he's not a terrible guy to have IMO.

Haha. I figured as much, I had no idea WHAT i was doing. You live you learn though. I had the 9th pick in the draft too.

We do count holds so that's why I grabbed Ohman.

Are there any positives? Could I finish middle of the pack at least?

Ah, it might have helped if I actually paid attention to the categories and noticed that holds are included. :D

I don't see how this is even close to the worst team ever. Beltran is a year removed from being the 2nd best NL player. Giles and Tracy make a very solid OF. The IF is shaky, but Lopez was the best NL SS last year. Utley the best NL 2B. Barrett's a top catcher. Only problems I see is 1b and 3B, where there are plenty of big bats. The pitching is a little ugly, but you got Pedro, who could be the #1 pitcher in the NL this year.

You have top 3 players (NL wise) at 2B, SS, SP, and possibly OF. I'd probably be on the lookout for OFs and look to moving Tracy to 1B or 3B, depending on who struggles.

Barett is the possibly the best NL catcher, but its a catcher and they arent really important. I can think of 15 other NL 1B who are better than Jackson right now since he wont even see playing time for half the games. Theres about 9 better NL 3B than Zimmerman, so you got the bottom there. Lopez is probably the 5th-6th best NL SS so thats ok but I still dont like him. Beltran is a top 5 NL OF, GIles is top 10, and Tracy isnt far behind that, so OF is good, Utility is fine if you had Murton and then a good player, but Nady is brutal. Much rather start Klesko there. You have 1 NL closer and he isnt really proven yet. I dont know how many holds the others will get. SP is just bad, Pedro is good but hurt already. Penny isnt really ranked high this year. So you have 1 SP in the top 5, the rest are like top 30. I guess it's ok, but its hard to judge in just an NL only league.

Wow, 9? Unless his career goes through an unexpected nose dive, you may want to reconsider your rankings.

9th is probably pretty fair. Another strike against him is that he is playing on a bad offensive team and half of his games in a bad park to hit. I'd take Edwin Encarnacion over Zimmerman just for park effects alone.

With the way Tony Clark played last year, Conor Jackson will not be a regular everyday player.

Lopez 5th or 6th best? Only ones better last year were Rollins and possibly Furcal (Lopez was better than Furcal in my fantasy league last year). Only other close was Reyes, because of SBs.

I agree with Zimmerman and Jackson though. But, like I said, Tracy should be eligible at 1B in your league, and will become at 3B because that's where he'll be this year. I'd probably start out with Klesko in the OF (or U, with Murton in OF), and look for OFs in free agency.

I actually drafted Tracy because he was at 3B and then my little tally showed zero 3B so Picked up Zimmerman.

My starting pitching is awful, but them's the apples.

I'm glad all of you don't think this is the worst team ever assembled.

NL-only gets very thin.
