I say we give Pierre until June to produce. If no dice, dump him ASAP and call up Pie.

Murton will be moved before Pierre.

Pierre's on a one-year ride, right? I don't know, he just smells like "bust" to me. Hopefully I'm wrong. I'd rather not mess around if he stinks.

You'd move Murton before Pierre, even if Murton was producing and Pierre wasn't?

Man Meathead is really slow.

My roommate says he runs like a yeti.

belated YAY for PIE!

 With snowshoes!

I wonder if the Cubs would keep Pie and have him platoon with Murton?

Maybe you should go out and talk to the neighbors regarding that issue?

It hasn't gone on long, so it's not overly annoying yet, but it's close.

I know what you mean. I am in the same situation as our neighbor dogs consistently barks alot and it is annoying. They just bark at anything that moves.

We gave up some decent arms for him. He's not a rental.

I'm not a big fan of Pierre either, but Hendry and the old schoolers love him.

Even though Pie has had a nice Spring Training, I really do think the Cubs should keep him down in AAA for as much of the season as they can. He still needs to work on his plate discipline and adjusting to more advanced pitching than what he faced in AA.

I agree but if he continues to pound the ball this way he's going to open some eyes a lot earlier than projected. Plus, he adds another CF to the team.

Eyre around the plate the whole time and throws one off and it's a swing and miss. I think Hill will be able to do the same thing once he feels more comfortable.

No doubt about it, if he keeps showing this kind of power, there's plenty of reason to get excited about Pie.

I just want Dusty to stay away from Pie, though. :D
