I suck, I had 5 friends draw wristbands, all between number 4000-8000. I don't think we are getting anything good

BTW, sethuel1 was 6 OFF meaning hes the 6th to last person to get tickets :(

So any of you lucky guys want to pick up a couple of opening day tickets for me? I'd be willing to come to Wrigley to drop off $ :)

Wouldn't it be 11,144?

Turns out the real starting number is 11,150 because no one got the 11,152.

Seems to me the starting number would go the other way (be 11,153 or 11,154, etc)

Well, last year I had three computers set up with hundreds of VWR windows open and I got TERRIBLE luck.

Here is to hoping it is different this year.

I did pretty well, 11741. Think I can go and still get to work by 9 (only five red line stops away from work)?

pretty close, but you'll probably be a bit late.

I can't believe I nailed it again...hopefully this luck continues for my optometry school decision letter...

for those rocking the VWR like i am, the "ctrl + n" trick still works.

*waiting patiently*

I did that last year and was shut out on tickets. A coworker only had one window open and was buying tickets in about an hour. Can they block multiple windows now?

Can they block multiple windows now?

that's what i kept hearing, so i gave it a shot and it worked. i did the multiple window thing and got in twice last year on that friday. it might work now, but maybe they'll disable ctrl + n once the tickets actually go on sale.

God I can't believe I'm up this early on a Friday.

I'll be happy if I simply get tickets to one Cubs-Cards game, but I'm hoping for much more.

i'm going after the 3:05 cubs/cards saturday game in late july. it's easy for me to fly over to chicago from NYC. and i'm tired of purchasing tickets for late spring/early summer and the game ends up being hella cold. i did that for a cubs/astros game in 2003..."oh, late may! should be warm!"

yeah, right.

16 innings, 35 degrees, 40 mph winds blowing IN, got a cold, but a cubs W made everything worth it.

but being cold for close to 5 hours sucked. :(

Where do you go to get into the virtual waiting room? Or do you just have to click on the game you want on the schedule?
