Before getting pissed off about Walker being dealt, let see who he brings back. I'm still hopeful he's part of a package deal that brings in a 4 or 5 hitter.

 

As for why they want to deal him, I highly doubt steroids, I'd guess drinking/staying out all night. Just a guess though.

 

EDIT: They probably think he shoots his mouth off too much, which they may consider "unprofessional." The organization's pretty conservative and all....

No, was in a hurry...he said that the management in TB move very slowly and Huff has been put on the back, back, back burner. IN other words, no real chance at getting him. He also said that the Dodgers GM isn't very friendly with Dusty so the odds of him dealing with the Cubs are pretty much slim to none. In other words, no real chance of getting him.

Colletti was just officially hired as the Dodgers GM 11/16. Dusty met with Bradley after getting permission from the previous management. Furthermore, Colletti worked for the Giants from 1997-2004 where apparently he and Dusty clashed. Knowing this, it should have been easy to predict that the Cubs weren't getting Bradley. Unfortunately, their feud wasn't common knowledge.
