    Why would you want Dopirak on the major league bench? The guy struggled in the FSL last season. He's still young and inexperienced, plus, he only plays first. You don't waste roster spots on bench players who can only play first. Sing is a much better candidate for that role. I agree....replace Dope with Sing. The only problem with Sing is that he's not on the 40 Man, correct?

    I'm sure Marques will be fine by opening day. He's going to have to tell Baker he doesn't think he belongs because Baker will not cut him IMO.

    The article goes on to indicate Hidalgo wasn't happy with being a bench player and wants to be a starter in Japan. If this is the case, I guess he wouldn't have made a good bench option. That's funny. Like he's shown he deserves to start.

    Wow...that's interesting. You're right. He either never showed up or was in horrible conditioning when he did. Jeeze...imagine giving a guy that shows up trying to make the team out of shape like that a guaranteed contract? I hope he saved his money the Astros overpayed him with.

    I don't know about all that. Some of those were close but looked more outside than anything. Z has to learn and not let those calls get to him. Once he does he will be one of the top 5 pitchers in baseball IMO.

    I guess the lesson is that you shouldn't trust anyone online who says they go to UCLA. I know 2 Victorias who went to UCLA with me. And yes, don't trust me. Wasn't one originally a Victor?
