Eyre around the plate the whole time and throws one off and it's a swing and miss. I think Hill will be able to do the same thing once he feels more comfortable.

Even though Pie has had a nice Spring Training, I really do think the Cubs should keep him down in AAA for as much of the season as they can. He still needs to work on his plate discipline and adjusting to more advanced pitching than what he faced in AA. I agree but if he continues to pound the ball this way he's going to open some eyes a lot earlier than projected. Plus, he adds another CF to the team.

That was a nice little knee bender. Hill has to change his pace a little with a guy on base as he's concentrating too much on the hitter. Of course, it's nice to see him get the ball over.
