  1. Come on ocf...you have to find some new material!
  2. Is it possible that ARod is really Sargent Hulka? I'm in one of the Yankee heartlands and I asked some of the big fans about trading ARod for ARam/Jones and a reliever and they said no. But then, they go on and complain more about ARod and talk about how great/clutch Jeter is. The guy is in a no win situation.
  3. the only reason Theriot did well was because Dusty put him in a favorable matchup dude. You gotta build up his confidence man! You can't expect a young guy to play back to back games. I'll bet Dusty wishes he had Theriot at second against the Mets in the "Great Debacle". Oh course in Dustys mind he probably would have put Perez there instead.
  4. Another horse anology eh? I agree. Pierre HAS to get on base at a 350 rate or he really doesn't have a heck of a lot of value.
  5. Hill's pitching tonight for Iowa. That's not the answer I wanted. Please try again. ...cupcak taste gud? Ha.... Deadwood is pretty good tonight, time for new hobbies.
  6. The Cubs are in trouble if Dusty is making lineup decisions while unemployed. When do you think Hendry is finally going to do this?
  7. Hill's pitching tonight for Iowa. That's not the answer I wanted. Please try again.
  8. Rusch is up...is he getting ready for Tuesday or is Hill going up?
  9. Rusch is up...is he getting ready for Tuesday or is Hill going up?
  10. You must have a large lawn. The inning took forever. It's a 100 Acre woods! This has to screw up ESPN's plans...what are they going to do?
  11. Wow...it's 5-2 when I go out to cut the lawn and now it's 13-5?
  12. I was in Chicago when it was in the 90's in 99! I don't like Marshalls plate coverage on his bunt.
  13. Near the end of the article, the availability of Ichiro is briefly discussed. He will be available after next season and it seems that he will explore free agency. I wonder if Seattle will consider trading him this off season if they feel they are going to lose him after the 2007 season. It's just more made up BS from Phil Rogers. This guy is high. Please name one story he's ever broken. Didn't he break the how many licks does it take to finish a Tootsie Pop question?
  14. 56 Thanks Fred. A double play would be nice right about now.
  15. It's what the Cubs do. They think unrealistic thoughts and show why they don't have any vision or guts to be successful. I expect the 70 to 84 win cycle to continue well into the teens.
  16. And yet Marshall still throws strikes. How many pitches has he thrown so far?
  17. That looked like Floyd hit a super ball.
  18. Marshall showing some maturity by not being rattled and still throwing strikes....I liked this kid from the start and he continues to impress me.
  19. MJ just wanted to be one degree away from Bacon. He's got too big of an ego to not be.
  20. Cubs winning 5-0 without horses...stop....Baker is turning team around...stop...National Media now says he's the right man for the job...stop.
  21. 3 time manager of the year I might add. Go Dusty!!!!
  22. Beltrans knee needs surgery and the Cubs trade Pierre to the Mets for Lastings M?
  23. I hope the guy that caught the ball works something out with Marshall.
