Ok did anyone(Illini fans) just catch Lou Holts pre game speech if he was Ron Zook? Say what you will about Holtz, but that speech gave me chills, and had me ready to suit up and go kick USC's ass. Wow, I would love to hear some of his pre game pep talks while he was at ND.

Yea getting fired for participating in a NCAA basketball bracket is pretty ridiculous. I do know that Neuheisel had better run an extremely clean program, because you know the he's probably not on the NCAA's Christmas card list.

The Bruce Weber era cannot end soon enough. The guy is in over his head. The other team beat us with a zone. Bruce has no idea how to attack one. It doesnt help that the talent on the floor for the Illini is about on par with a damn mid major. Wait who was in charge of recruiting the talent? I know. I wasnt making an excuse for Weber, I was just stating how poorly talented this team is, which is a direct reflection on Bruce. Randall and Pruitt have never fulfilled their talent. While Randalls injuries can be blamed for alot, he still hasnt really grown offensively.

ILLINI! Bragging rights still where they belong. If there was ever a year I thought we would lose to Mizzou, it was this year. With that said, both teams arent very good, at all.

Congrats on beating Michigan. You have now accomplished the same thing as the Harvard basketball team. :D They're certainly no Miami of Ohio. Lowblow! Lol this whole season of basketball is going to be rough, most of us knew that coming in. Thank God for Zook and Legion along with the recruits coming in 09. With that said, Michigan is horrible.
