    That's two straight series of having to deal with this crap. I'm getting tired of it, fast. This team is good enough to overcome, but they could really blow some teams out if they'd get some calls.

    We did look uncharacteristically soft on the puck a few times. Not a lack of toughness, just being lazy a few times and not getting in good body position to play it.

    Defensemen who aren't Seabrook and Keith need to play about 2 million times better. The other four have all had horrible moments.

    Oh God. Not when we are playing like this we aren't it doesn't matter if we are faster, they are better with the puck and they are more physical. we are just faster, big deal. Keep the doom and gloom to the metaphysical stuff, plz. You are completely wrong about hockey.

    Some things I'm very happy about: 1) This Flyers team is even slower than they looked against other teams. So, so, so slow. 2) We are absolutely dominating faceoffs. 20-8 in the first period. 3) If we ever stop taking penalties, we should get some rhythm in the five-on-five play. 4) Hossa created that goal almost singlehandedly. Of course, the horsecrap bounces and calls are all going Philly's way, so we know the curse is on, but still.

    First goal clearly wasn't his fault. Third goal, someone on defense has to clear that puck. Sure, but he's also out of position and falling over and sitting on his ass. What position should he be in when the shot is coming from straight in front of the net and there's four Flyers waiting for the rebound?

    Hjarms did not need to go down on that shot. Especially on a line with Sopel when that is his only move, let him do it. If the Blackhawks ever stop taking penalties, they will dominate the flow of play. Pronger is so slow it's ridiculous.
