Can we talk about other fantasy resources as well? I'm doing my first fantasy league (of any sport) this year and want to get well-read, but I'm brand new to everything fantasy-related and know just about nothing. Where should I start? I follow Matthew Berry on Twitter and have started reading his manifesto for this season, but he seems to be, to put it mildly, self-fellating and insufferable. What are some good twitter accounts to follow for fantasy football? What are some other good player ranking/analysis resources that you guys use? I've scrolled through some of the player indexes, like this one, at football guys, but it strikes me as a little more comprehensive than I would need. (That list includes Trent Dilfer. Wtf.) Thanks in advance for any input.

My biggest problem with the song (ignoring that it's an awful song) is that CSN and WGN have taken to feeding the song straight through to my speakers. I liked it a lot more when you could hear it in the background at the park, and then for the chorus, all you could hear was the fans. I'd much rather hear a stadium full of people (okay, at half capacity) singing the chorus than hear the entirety of the actual version.

Very true. No need to be more specific than that, because then you're implying correlation between that and something more specific than an unfortunate reality of human nature. Saying that Wrigley or sports in general cause any sort of increased correlation to such behavior is just as thick-headed as the behavior itself. IBL/split.

I can't believe I didn't notice it before. Ricketts might as well paint a tribal arm band all the way around the outside of Wrigley and re-model the scoreboard to look like a giant popped collar. It'll fit well when he brings Nickelback to Wrigley next year.

I'm glad you've come around on this. It's really disheartening to watch. do you not remember people booing the [expletive] out of jeff blauser and steve buechele? Todd Hundley too. And no, no one booed them. They were booing the brown guys standing next to them.
