I have a harder time believing their insistence on such a winning record while being outscored than I do with the fact that they're being outscored in the first place. Pat pointed out last night that the DBacks are 14 games over .500 against three teams in the east and are playing pretty much .500 baseball otherwise.

Just watched the reply of Riot throwing out the runner at the plate. Kendall's tag was on his chest, and even with Kendall blocking, it looked like the runner's foot was on the plate by the time the tag landed on his chest. It was stupid baserunning and the ball beat him there, so he definitely deserved to be out, but it looked like the tag wasn't put on in time.

If anyone still has the game from last night on DVR, you'd be my hero if you went back to the bottom of the 10th with 2 outs and paused it and took a picture of me waving the Cubs flag around. Better yet, does anyone know how I could obtain a video clip of this? (Though I doubt it's possible)

Cubs are now 7-1 this season when I'm in San Fran during the game. Good thing I found a way to get out of work and get there today, and I won't be dressed like a monkey, so our odds are looking pretty freaking good. You're welcome, everyone.
