Win that game yesterday and we'd be playing Minnesota at 4:30 then with a win would get Michigan at 5:30 on Friday. A win over Minnesota would have probably clinched an NIT bid. And more importantly, Northwestern would have needed to do damage to get to the tournament. Now we play Illinois at 10:30 in the [expletive] morning and if we win, have to play MSU at 11 on Friday. Probably hoping for a CBI bid at this point.
You know what else? He was never a true PG like Korie Lucious is. Funny how even MSU fans call him a true PG. The only reason why he didn't play much PG there is because of this kid named Kalin Lucas. You've might of heard of him before. He's such a true PG, his TO Rate was higher than his assist rate 2/3 years at MSU. And he only takes 23 shots per game while shooting 34%. That right there is a true PG ladies and gentlemen.
I can't decide if I want Iowa to win by 20 today or be down by like 14 with 3 minutes left, have a crazy comeback and then have Gatens hit a 3 at the buzzer to rip their hearts out. Only the 3 should be banked in or roll and bounce around the rim for 5 seconds after the buzzer. And as much as I'd like to see it be Gatens, it should be Cartwright and is 19% 3P percentage. There should also be 3 John Shurna turnovers down the stretch along with 5 missed free throws.
Of course they were. It was clear at the time those dirty [expletive] were trying to knock him out and they got away with a few cheap ones. Sharper basically admitted to it at the time accidentally and now that dumbass is trying to deny it. Burn that franchise to the ground.
There's just no way Weber could be back now. You can hear that he's completely resigned to his fate. Now watch this Duke parody video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_profilepage&v=JIheKsGtea4
LOL Now in the final 1:30 of the game Bardo is talking about the Fab Five, Loy Vaught, Terry Mills, Sean Higgins, Rumeal Robinson, Glen Rice. Jalen answers with Nick Anderson and Noel Hamilton.
That was a really late and weak call on Douglass. Jalen, go 5 minutes without talking about getting hyped, your playing days or something from the 90's. Go.
Jalen Rose breaking the news that Northwestern has never made the NCAA Tournament. No wai. What the [expletive] is his infatuation with chest bumping and high fives and why does he want them doing it immediately after a made basket?
I love when Jalen Rose goes into one of his "like back in the days of ___________" and then just randomly names every star a team had in the 80's and 90's.
Unless they changed something, it's record vs the top team in conference, on down until the tie is broken. Yeah I meant after that in case they both split with MSU. Found the rule:
