    Holy [expletive]. They gave up a hell of a lot to get that 3rd pick but holy [expletive]. Floyd, Rhodes and Patterson? After Kalil and Harrison Smith (who was better than I expected even) last year? Tomorrow night is going to suck but damn. That was beyond anyone's wildest dreams. I love that he got the Floyd and Rhodes picks in immediately. I have no idea what they're going to do at MLB but who cares.

    Assuming those that are slotted for the first round end up leaving (Zeller, Olapido, Burke, GRIII, among others who could declare), could you make the argument that Iowa could be the preseason favorite for the big ten, or at least third behind OSU and MSU? They looked awfully good last night and look to have figured out how to close teams. I had no idea how many close losses they had during the B1G season. Dan Dakich has been saying that for 3 weeks. I think they should be projected top 5 for sure, but the favorite is too far.

    Iowa beats Maryland by 11, will play Baylor in the championship Thursday. Marble has been an absolute stud in the NIT. Iowa has won all 4 games by 11+.
