Ifeel like Javy's skill caused that to be an error. Any other player and it hits his chest and drops at their feet, Javy won't let it drop and tried to catchy it barehand midair.

Russell hasn't been hitting since mid-August. He got up to an OPS of .781 on August 22nd. From there to the end of the season: .187/.261/.308 for an OPS of .569. If he is starting, he should be batting 9th again.

I'm hoping Soler has another hot playoffs so the Cubs can sell high on him. He could be a very good player, but he just seems to be made of glass, and is definitely a guy that could be moved.

Ah, October baseball... ok, not what we really mean, but these last two are going to be the only October game threads I start (since Logan will start the rest). The Cubs have clinched fewer then 60 losses, and Lester goes to the bump to get his 20th win, which would be the first time he's done it in his career. I only expect him to go about 5 innings in what is a tune up for the playoffs, so score early, score often. If Bryant plays, hopefully he get's his 40th. Adleman goes for the Reds. Good for him.
