If nothing clicks after this next road trip , id IL him til after the break and send him to Arizona to rehab. Maybe a couple weeks off doing whatever he needs to do to readjust himself mentally and hitting wise could help him in the 2nd half

Right... I wouldn't mind if he just pitched a minimul amount of innings in August and at some point in September they just completely shut him down for the year. Let him go through a normal offseason and be ready for whenever ST starts up

Been ready for a new direction with this team for a couple seasons now... Hoyer just doesn't have what it takes to get a team over the top. He rebuilt off a championship team, got them to 500 a couple years, had a big year last season but they ran out of gas at the end, this season they look to be back as being a 500 club. They have very little to build off of with this current roster and ready/near ready prospects for next season. -
