Could be neither if one not willing to take a 1 yr deal, everything depending on the CBA situation and how it affects the offseason/season. But if Shaw a guy for the OF with PCA, I could see them adding a 1 yr player to bridge the gap for Hartsorn jump in 2028. I dont know if they believe in Alcantara enough to be an everyday guy, just feels like they dont care to give him that opportunity when he is up.
