I swear, the last few weeks it feels like im watching September baseball with this team eliminated from the playoffs and everyone is just going through the motions waiting for the season to end.

Just get adjustable baskets out there, when wind is blowing out shorten them, blowing in, then extend them out more..lol If theyre sneaky enough, they can pull them in when opponents hit and out when cubs hit 🤣

Right, once July 1st came around it just feels like the entire offense went down the drain together but outside of a couple guys who has spiral since around July 1st, it been a mix bag of guys slumping with them. Why this team has gone from scoring 5 or more runs every other game to barely getting 3 or 4 runs in any games the last month.

Hoerner a funny hitter.. He can do all the right things when it comes to basic hitting but it just feels like whenever an opportunity comes to get a hit in situations like the one he had, he'll make a weak out. Just frustrating 😑
