  1. Just go ahead and give Aaron Donald the DPOY. Its locked up already.
  2. only if they win again next season. The 1/2 swap isn't until 2020 draft. Jersey is right. It's the 2020 draft. Chicago Bears: DE Khalil Mack 2020 second-round draft pick 2020 conditional fifth-round draft pick Oakland Raiders: 2019 first-round draft pick 2019 sixth-round draft pick 2020 first-round draft pick 2020 third-round draft pick So we're looking at just the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, and possibly another 7th from Deiondre' Hall trade to Eagles in the 2019 draft. 2020 draft will be 2nd, Raiders 2nd, 4th, 5th, maybe Raiders 5th, 6th and 7th. It'll be scary not having that many picks in the upcoming draft, but Mack has already made that trade a "win" for the Bears.
  3. Yep. Give the game ball to Hicks now.
  4. Man... Eddie got a knack for the ball. I'll take Mike Brown 2.0.
  5. That's gonna get jumped on enough, so I'm going to try and respond from a baseball standpoint..... Willy isn't a FA until he's 30 or so. You probably don't want to give a C a long term deal at that point. Rizzo will be older too. And 1B isn't hard to find production at, although my guess is they'll figure out a way to keep him. And Javy can be kept, if he's still producing. The Cubs have plenty of money and have 3-4 years to find some cheap guys at whatever spot they develop them at. They can certainly afford Bryce right now. And if you're insinuating he's not great, then I've got nothing to respond with, other than you're wrong. And you're getting him in his prime. Is Heyward as great as Harper? The numbers say both players bring you the same wins. Pay for expected performance, sure. But why should we expect Harper to be significantly better than he has been? If the Cubs can afford to overspend and keep their great young core, great. But are the Cubs getting an upgrade in RF.
  6. Jfc... Throw the ball!!! Is the wind having that much of an effect? Trubisky has been erratic all day.
  7. I'm still stumped that Parkey got a 4 yr/15 mil deal.
  8. Especially when you get the ball to start the 2nd half, why not take a chance for FG or worst case, throw it to the end zone?
  9. Purdue was insane last night. I picked the right game to go tailgating for the first time in 5 years.
  10. All you need is a FG here.
  11. Pretty sure he wasn't out of end zone so yeah.
  12. TD on first drive ends it. A FG and Bears has a chance to answer back.
  13. They should go with a 6 man rotation and alternate Montgomery/Smyly starting as the 6th. I wonder if something like that would work.
  14. He's the greatest golfer of all time (2nd at worst). Why wouldn't there be a love fest when it comes to Tiger?
  15. Why can't we give negative hearts? “Most improbable comeback in the history of sports.” That was said multiple times in the telecast. C’mon. He’s a great player that had to overcome a lot of adversity (some self induced). And it’s very good for golf ratings and anyone associated with televising golf. But I think it was a bit much. Unlike/unheart all you want. Not sure you understand what back injuries can do to you for golf. It's worse than TJS for pitchers by a mile if you want a comparison. That fusion surgery he had last year wasn't just a last resort for him playing golf, but to actually let him have a healthy life and not be in pain 24/7. Not only that, it was what.. his 4th back surgery in the past 3 years? Nevermind the ACL and Achilles injuries before the back issues. Maybe the "improbable comeback in the history of sports" is a bit much to you, but it's damn near the top. Not sure what would actually top it easily. He's also in his early 40s where PGA players tend to decline or fall off completely. It's definitely historic what Tiger did this weekend. EDIT: http://www.espn.com/golf/story/_/id/10709728/tiger-woods-injury-line. - Tiger's injury history. It's mind boggling that he's even playing golf, let alone being competitive, actually be in contention, and finally win an event.
  16. Baez instincts told him that the Bears won and he didn't want them to have the spotlight tonight.
  17. I never seen a DB cover that well and the WR still catches it more than Fuller.
  18. Miller route running was on point there. Got the separation easy.
  19. If you want to talk about last week, go to that thread. Go whine. Go cry your heart out. Go never move on, but gtfo of here Oh stop. It’s related to how the Bears play in the second half of this game. There's still 1 min left in the 1st half. How about we wait to see what actually happens in the 2nd half?
  20. So THIS is why he's getting paid like a QB.
  21. My breakout candidate this season, even before Mack. He has incredible length and quickness. That was a 3-man rush. Yeah his burst is what catching my eye. At that size is really impressive.
