    Just focus on the BEARS. Season, playoffs, SuperBowl, ProBowl..... and suddenly, BAM!!. It's time for the pitchers and catchers to report !! Unfortunately for those of us who are fans of crappy NFL teams, we have to find something else to interest us. In my case, it's college football and then Mamba.

    When considering trading for a player it doesn't matter what he once was. It matters what you think he's going to do in the future. And to quote myself from before, Just off the top of my head, I'll take Pujols, Howard, Cabrera, Hafner, Wright over ARod any day of the week. I realize that you have to take a players position into account as well but you must take age into account as well. Where would you play Pronk? 1B. If Ryan Howard can play 1B, Pronk can too. I think if he were a viable option, Cleveland would've given him more of a shot considering their lack of first basemen. He's in the AL. If you don't have to play him at 1B, why do it anyway?

    I'm not going to worry about Prior being/not being healthy until Jan 1, 2007 rolls around.

    I agree. You can't ignore 1/3 of a season (April and May), whether that is good or bad, just to make a point.

    :D The Raiders were up 14-0 and 21-3 over Cleveland in Week 4 and we know how that game turn out so I wouldn't get too excited yet.

    And in typical Raider fashion, they are driving against the Cardinals to start the game but then Zach Crockett fumbles on the pitch from Walter and the Cardinals recover. Go Arizona!!

    You could put West Virgina in there too. My guess is they will be playing for the national championship after Michigan loses to OSU and ND beats USC. I'm sure all the ND fans will be crying about it too even though Michigan destroyed them. Regardless, no one touches OSU this year. USC is going to lose to Cal and maybe ND. If OSU loses it will be to Michigan. I certainly wouldnt put that in the win column for OSU yet. I agree that West Virginia is going to end up in the title game. I also think it is going to be well deserved even with all the SEC crying foul. How can anyone say WVU in the title game is well deserved? Look at their schedule. According to CBSsportline it is 100 of 119 DI Teams. They played no one this year. The Big East is terrible this year. Because they will have won at Louisville, at Pitt in the Backyard Brawl and vs Rutgers. Their SOS will improve as the year goes on and won't be 100 out of 119 when the year is over.
