    Yeah ive been sitting here watching this ass game saying to myself.....Next. The next one won't be good either, sadly. Kick the freaking FG. At least the next game (I'm assuming USC-UCLA) will feature scoring.

    If used correctly steroids can help out a player a lot though. In what ways can they be used incorrectly? It's not necessarily incorrectly. I made a post on this a couple months ago in a Barry Bonds thread. If you take steroids and just sit around all day and don't work out, they aren't going to help you too much. You have to actually go and work out. That's why when these guys that get bulked up claim "they spent a lot of time in the weight room over the winter" are probably telling the truth. It's likely that they did spend a ton of time in the weight room. The thing they leave out is that they wouldn't necessarily been able to spend that much time if they weren't taking steroids. Obviously I don't know how Alex Sanchez took steroids or why he did it, and like I said "incorrect" was probably the wrong word to use, but I would guess that he didn't utilize the full potential of steroids. That and he wasn't a good baseball player.

    This isn't really surprising. Both he and McCoy are freshman and with Mack Brown choosing McCoy combined with McCoy playing well, Snead realized he wasn't going to play. Should be interesting to see where he transfers to.

    By the end of the offseason, Jones could definitely have some value considering his contract in this market, and he had a career year too. Especially if some team gets shut out from making offensive upgrades. Unfortunately, the one GM who is just ga-ga for overvaluing player's break out 06 seasons is the one and only Jim Hendry. Bill Stoneman says hi. I don't think anyone will top the GMJ signing. Truly a head shaker.

    I would love to see Tejada in a Cubs uniform but I doubt it happens.

    Supposedly, Maddux and Hendry parted on good terms in July. Though still somewhat improbable, with Piniella now in town, Maddux coming back to the Cubs is no longer impossible in my opinion. In fact, if the Padres, Giants or D-Backs don't grab him in the next week or so, I could see Hendry re-signing Greg to a 2-year $20M deal. Eww. No. I love Maddux, but it's time to let go. We need to do better. He's no 2/3 starter. Agreed. No thanks on 2/$20M for Maddux.

    Once again: That game should never have been that close. Ohio State thoroughly dominated the game, and if not for Troy Smith fumbling a snap and Doug Datish completely botching another, Ohio State wins the game by 13 or 17 and we're not even having this discussion. but they did, so it was that close. As they say, if the Queen had balls... The point is, it's not like Michigan played well enough to force a rematch. OSU just played imperfectly enough to keep the game close. So where does USC look so great that they deserve #2? Their conference was weaker this year The Pac 10 was arguably the best conference in the nation this year.

Wow. colon already punched a fellow teammate in the weight room, according to reports. sounds like a class act. oh, and he's most definitely a huggy recruit. That was classy by Colon, that's for sure. Also, I've never seen a basketball player with a mohawk before. :shock: Yeah, that was awesome...the mohawk not the punch.

    What does that even mean? Bill Gates entered into a industry where he does not belong...Hes a computer guy..He has no buisness entering a industry that is run by the Japanese..There should only be Nintendo and Sony..The first XBox,complete failure,Looked like a VCR,Ugly controller,pretty poor game selection except for Halo and a few others...Its pretty much like cars to sum it up...Toyota,Honda,Mitsubishi,Are the top cars on the market,all Japanese, because they last forever,break down half as much as an american car..Then you got Gates.who is like, General Motors,producing crap that cant even compare..Bottom line, Japanese are better than us with cars and electronics..We can try, but well never overtake them,the guy is should stick to making PC's and stuff he knows, not something the japanese are masters of It sounds like you just don't like Bill Gates.

    Rainbow Six and GOW make the 360 so damn tempting tho... Not to mention Halo 3. ETA: If it was my choice, I would get the 360.
