he was only really impressive in 1 start. in his other 2 "good" ones he struck out a total of 3 guys And people didn't really think he'd be terrible this year anyway. It was not wanting to give him a 5 year deal.

In 2016, Didi Gregorious had 19 walks in 597 PAs. In 2017 he had 25 walks in 570 PAs. This year he has 15 walks in 91 PAs. Career 5.5% walk rate (3.8% the last two years) and he’s at 16.5% this year.

Javy kept standing in front of DJ on every pitch during the Arenado PA when the signs were being given and then moving back. DJ obviously didn’t like it. I know, but why is the ump involved? That’s just cat and mouse. That’s pretty annoying right there. Watching on MLB Network and didn’t know how much they were showing on the Cubs broadcast (if you’re even watching that one). No idea about the ump. Javy’s got every right to stand there. He wasn’t blocking DJ’s running path.

It's warm up Morrow too many times so he's unavailable the next day even though he only threw two pitches in an actual game for me.

I think I heard that most of the 11 threes he’s taken this year have been end of the quarter half court heaves. He’s not even taking many end of the shot clock threes.

The Padres only got one hit tonight against the Giants and it was by a pitcher (Clayton Richard) who was a pinch hitter and didn't pitch in the game.

Yep. And on the Gameday audio page there’s barely any information. No strikes/balls/outs, base runners or stats. Pretty lame.
