    That pitch was elevated but it was on the outside corner. Not even that terrible of a pitch. Would have preferred it lower, of course, but it wasn't middle middle.

    Man I don't know how they didn't overturn that HBP. It certainly looked like it hit the bad and then the hand.

    This is insane. I would have for sure guessed someone had 2 13+K games in a postseason or more than two in a career. Randy Johnson in 2001 came to mind. We had enough years where there were 3 playoff rounds and managers still rode their SP hard.

    It was 29-4, not that it makes it that much less absurd. They went from 49-40 to 78-44.

    They showed in the postgame that the runner missed home plate initially in that Phillies game. So even if the guy goes home but makes a good throw, the catcher could have tagged him out. EDIT: Or just touched the plate since it was a force.

    So we had... A nervy 1-run win in Game 3 (Game 5 of the WS) A relatively comfortable 6 run win in Game 4 (Game 6 of the WS, though that was much less in doubt) So clearly we're going to win in 10 innings on Saturday.

    I swear they showed 730 ET on the broadcast earlier. They showed 8 for the Seattle game tomorrow which is what MLB.com says.

    Yep, He should get Yelich for sure. After that I'm fine with whatever. Let him pitch until he gives up a runner or bring in a righty. We've got a little more breathing room now. EDIT: Or Keller I guess.
