Oh, he definitely has a sleepy-eyed psycho thing going on. horsefeathers, I just image searched him and he straight up looks like Dahmer most of the time. Is his walk-up music the minimalist stuff that is featured in Requiem for a Dream? I could barely make it out during the broadcast last night. Totally what a sociopath would pick. I approve. I guess I just always assumed he would use the "because I'm happy" song

At some point Mets pitching injuries will stop being funny. We have not yet reached that point. Ah, I think we reached that point dude... Anytime a person develops a clot somewhere in their veins and/or arteries -- it's potentially very dangerous and sometimes life-threatening. C. Bosh's career is basically over because of this issue. Yeah that's one I won't laugh at. Though he did have that domestic violence thingy, so at least it didn't happen to a good guy.

And also a thread about what we can get for Arrieta and Wade Davis at the deadline. The returns from Jake and Davis plus the first round draft pick could make us contenders again immediately! Tank!

Apparently they lost the DH doing all of that, too. So they managed to play an AL ballgame with two pitchers in their lineup at the same time.

I also laughed at how they had an AL pitcher at the plate, their defense had him played to hit the ball the other way, and they threw him an offspeed pitch high in the zone. I know he just missed location, but still bad pitch selection.

Can we swing Archer/Colome or Gray/Doolittle without giving up Happ? This assumes Gray comes back and looks healthy. He kinda scares me even if he does look healthy, but I like Doolittle a lot and I think we need another lefty in the bullpen. I'm down for giving up Happ in a crazy threeway trade that nets us Archer/Colome/Doolittle. -

What an odd thing to say. A bunch of GIDP, no clutch hits, and a dropped 3rd strike that turns into an error and an unearned run. Mostly, the comment was in response to the dropped 3rd strike play.

Blah. We deserve to lose this game. Whatever. Its the Dodgers tho so we may still get lucky and Roberts will gift it to us like he did on Monday. If not, at least they have to face a lefty tomorrow.
