You beat me to it. 1000 hearts. I am loathe to bring politics into a discussion about King Javy but you could also say that Maddon is making an anti-Trump point because who is more critical of others than Mr. Projection (Trump) himself? (and yeah I know Joe has said it isn't good to not show respect to the presidency, etc.)

Could see the Dodgers having a heartbreak hangover season. So close, yet no cigar. Plus if you factor in some regression and injuries I think they are a worse team than last year.

@bestfansinbaseball had a great tweet today showing all the BFIB labeling Contreras a "hothead' (and worse) when he tossed his mask last year. Apparently pushing around an ump is just good leadership if you're a cardinal!

This morning on 93.1, they had a recording of Kyle Hendrix intro'ing "voodoo child" by Jimi Hendrix and it was the greatest moment of my life. He said "no relation" but I think he's just being modest.
