Now I know why I've been seeing so many Yankee fans around town. They just finished up a series on the south side and now have 3 on the north. Pretty cool. -
Kylerman is a good player when he's on the field. I'm not giving up hope on him yet.

All while the guy I and many others wanted at 15, Cameron Carr, has been shooting the lights out. Summer League often means nothing (Denzel Valentine MVP, Jalen Brunson LVP), but I am super concerned about Swain. Hell, the undrafted guys (Sellers, Awaka, a third guy I'm forgetting but has shot it well) look like they might become useful at some point. I still have some hope for Swain, but you've got to be sure about drafting a guy who hasn't been able to prove he can shoot.

Same. You can tell Caleb has got *it*, but the rest of the team has not looked great. There seems to be a lid on the rim for all of Swain's drives. Hopefully those eventually start to drop.

He already looks like a totally polished player on the offensive side. Very confident and comfortable handling the ball and his 3 pointer looks pure. He seems to play more like a wing on offense. I remember watching his college highlights and thinking he looks like a fish in water playing basketball. It's so great that we Bulls fans have a legit reason to be excited. We appear to have been truly blessed from the lottery gods.

I think the Bulls might have landed themselves a couple of real studs in the draft. Give the new guy some space and let him cook.

Curry, Lebron, Draymond, Yaxel, 'Zinger, AD....... Got some serious injury risks but this is probably their best chance to make one more run at it with Steph. This should be plenty entertaining, already can't wait for the season.

I would have, but am biased as an Illini fan. Last year Christian Braun got 5/$125 and I think Ayo is better. Make the call, Bob.

I kind of wanted Carr but have really liked the tape of Swain. He plays with an edge and physicality, have seen some Jimmy Butler comps. PWill just doesn't have that dog in him like I think Swain does.

I've seen reaction all over the place on this deal. I think Milwaukee made out pretty well; the Giannis thing has run its course. They won a championship, which is awesome for them, but haven't done anything since then and Giannis keeps getting hurt. This trade is basically a fresh start. Being a Bulls fan, I was hoping it would go terribly and continue to be drawn out, but they moved on pretty cleanly I think. Ryen Russillo especially trashed the deal from MKE's perspective. I think Giannis is going to like living in Miami but I don't see them as a contender unless they are able to add some serious talent, particularly some shooting.

The Bulls have the chance to be serious with new leadership. Splitter is a very good hire.

I think Boozer is going to be awesome. In fact I have seen him creeping up on draft boards; I think I'd take him over Peterson, not sure about over Wilson though. Thank god Kendall Gill isn't making this choice.

I was listening to Bill Simmons' latest podcast and he suggested the Bulls should trade 4 and 15 to trade up with Memphis for 3. How about horsefeathers NO?! This all stems from Peterson maybe being difficult about going to Memphis, which certainly isn't Chicago's problem. There will be lots of good options at 15; ridiculous idea.

There should be a space between Dansby and Shota. Pitchers don't hit anymore and this makes it look like he's in the lineup.

I think Jed's job is extremely safe. He just signed a new contract, and the Cubs will win enough to stay in the Wild Cart hunt, which will be enough to keep butts in the seats. He's got his work cut out for him, though. Swanson and Bregman could be pretty rough for the next 3-4 years and the pitching staff is going to have to basically be rebuilt after this season. At least PCA appears to be the real deal. -
They've changed their name so it loses a little luster, but the Cleveland MLB franchise would be very significant.

Happ is playing like a guy who wants a new contract. He can't be traded so maybe they should just sign him? I agree it's time for a fire sale; maybe they can talk Happ into agreeing to go to a contender in the last year of his deal. -
This stretch has been dreadful for everyone but PCA's at bats have passed the eye test for me. He's laid off a lot of junk and hit the ball hard. Not every time, but looks miles better than he did in the second half last year, even if the results haven't been there. The June schedule is pretty favorable. I don't think this team is great and the pitching injuries have certainly added up, but they'll get it together.

This is why I was happy they got Thieneman and then the kid from Texas in the 4th. We needed DB help even before Kyler's latest injury. He's a good player when he's on the field, but that's becoming a real problem lately (also true for JJ).

They have too many guys! A 3-for1 where they get rid of some mid-firsts and a potentially overpaid #2/3 type for a cost-controlled future star like Caleb Wilson seems like a good deal for them. Just have to make sure no other team that has a top 4 pick is aware of this though......🤔

Hell yes. Give us Jalen Williams, 12 and 17 for 4. Giddey Jalen Williams Matas Morez Mara They still owe us for the Caruso trade, as well. Quite frankly I'd certainly be down to trade Giddey this offseason as well. Especially if it gets us anywhere in this loaded draft.
