Went to the Bucks game Sunday and Olivier Rioux walks down and sits one section over. First of all, no idea why he was at the Bucks game. He stayed only the first half.
Second though, when you see someone 7’ 9” walk by, it’s astonishing.
I watch Daniels and my Bears bitterness kicks in. He tosses a great pass and I’m like wow, great pocket! There are a lot of guys who would fail even with time to throw. He’s a fantastic young QB.
I have nothing to indicate this would happen but I wonder if Pittsburgh is starting to wonder what life might be like after Tomlin. His teams usually make the playoffs but it’s been a long time since they made any noise once they get there.
Yeah, it’s a dumpster fire with a QB. We don’t need every piece in place to win with a QB who can create and doesn’t throw INTs very often. I’m expecting 10 wins next year and definitely playoffs. I don’t think anyone should accept lower standards.
His choices though right? He’s led the team to success they’ve not had in the SB era. Whether he’s hands on or not doesn’t strike me as critical in assessing him.
It would be helpful if they came up with a logo that looks like something more than what they have. It's like [Insert New Logo Here]. Every time I see it I think to myself nobody in the org is really on board.
Caleb suffering a major injury on a sack by backups playing against backups in a meaningless game with a lame duck coach and potentially a lame duck GM would be the most Beariest Bear thing of all time.
I mean that’s kind of my point. Without an indication I’m going to assume they do the thing they usually do and keep him. We know they aren’t a good organization.
🙄
They’ll keep Poles and hire one of the boring coach candidates. It will be a group decision with the McCaskeys having their nose where it doesn’t belong.
Not a surprise at all. Williams will struggle without strong guidance and probably fail. Lather rinse repeat. My wife wonders why I still root for this team. She has a point.
