How so? Are you from Wisconsin? So if you say you're a Packers fan, you can all of a sudden just switch allegiances whenever you want? I didn't think it worked that way. I don't know why it's such a big deal that there are Packer fans who are also Cub fans. It was split pretty evenly between Packer and Bear fans when I was growing up. I honestly don't know what to make of you guys. But I admit there are...several...of you out there :) When you're rooting for the Cubs most people around you are actually hostile to your football fandom. And when you're rooting for the Pack, most of your fellow Packer fans hate your baseball fandom. It just would feel very, very weird to me. It's really not too bad. I moved around a lot as a kid, but like I said I was exposed to the Cubs at an early age. So I always liked the Cubs. When we finally settled in Chicago the Bears were awful, and none of my classmates really cared. 2001 was the year when everything changed and people started being hostile towards me during football seasons. I've grown used to it, and now it really doesn't phase me. You've got good reason. My uncle admitted to me that he abandoned the Bears for the Packers, as an adult, because he liked Bart Starr and was pissed at George Halas. I can see drawing down your support for the team when they suck, ala Blackhawks fans, but choosing another team? That's bizarre, and unfathomable, to me.
