  1. High five, Ken of Halifax It's going to be interesting to hear some of these knuckleheads try to play both sides of the issue when it eventually comes up.
  2. I think my head is going to explode if these ridiculous body language and "demeanor" arguments get carried over from the Bears to the Cubs.
  3. LOL, yeah.
  4. We're surrounded by idiots.
  5. They won, you gotta love the heart and soul of this bunch.
  6. Let me guess. When that happened they started bringing up the preseason games LT didn't start as further "proof" he has no heart.
  7. Down to 7, must be the poor body language.
  8. Yeah, don't know what got into him.
  9. He was surprised because he's allowing his noggin to be filled with the nonsense without even questioning it. No offense to him but you gave him what he needed and deserved to hear.
  10. It's down to 10, they just aren't caring enough
  11. There's nothing that can make me not want to watch a Super Bowl.
  12. Well, maybe it's just the Steelers fans that I know. There's two of them -- they both just don't want his off-field issues brought up anymore, because they feel like it has been dealt with and it's over with. They want to focus only on the play on the field. Personally, I won't buy it until next offseason is over with, but whatever. If he goes for awhile and shows he has put it behind him, I'm willing to let it go. Not this season though. I think it's a pretty big issue, kind of similar to when Ray Lewis played in the Super Bowl after his ordeal.
  13. Big Ben holds local rape clinics and is called a hero. Cutler won't gut out a blown out knee and is blasted as a gutless coward. That's the world we live in.
  14. I hope he doenst speak to another national media member. I'd tell them all to [expletive] off I wish he could do that, but I believe that's where the rules compel a player to speak with them.
  15. I really think the hate for Cutler comes from the fact that some people decided they didn't like him long ago. Now, whenever an opportunity arises, they're going to jump all over it as proof that they were right all along. There's really no way Cutler can win with such people. They just wait in the wings for the next chance to pounce. It's not in the least bit unusual for a team to say a player is questionable when an injury is being evaluated on the sidelines.
  16. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/why-jay-cutler-quitting-on-chicago-bears-makes-us-so-livid-012411 So now you're mad at Cutler because he doesn't look like he's having as much fun as you would have playing out there? How can you actually write this garbage, much less proof read it, present it to an editor, having him proof read, without realizing how dumb it sounds? Nice job changing the story after the fact there Whitlock. It's because you are a bad person, Jay. You are evil. Not like us. And we don't like you.
  17. The last comment is bizarre. He shouldn't be pissed about a perception people stubbornly hang on to even when it is clear it is not reality? Buh?!?
  18. Hanie's an all pro who is getting a raw deal. He just proved it yesterday. Damn you Lovie.
  19. I think this should be a season ticket disqualifier. If you thought Cutler was faking it, then your season tix go to me :)
  20. So it's legit. And the worst part is, all the morons who diagnosed him through the TV won't be called to task for it in the slightest.
  21. No doubt the banner under the video will read something like "Bears react to Cutler mess" or some such nonsense Ugh. Don't be surprised if Steven A Smith is there in the studio to "react" to the press conference, in the only way he knows how.
  22. There will be input from new people, but I fully expect Angelo's philosophy to still be evident in the picks. All this being said, it's really early yet. Lots will happen in between now & the actual picks.
  23. It's gonna be DT, isn't it. Just thinking it through. Harris is about done here, Angelo doesn't really pick OT high (when he did, it failed -- and his comments earlier in the year suggest he really doesn't believe in it). WRs.......the two heavy hitters will be gone, and after that it's mushy. Angelo is most comfortable picking defense. I'm starting to think it will be DT, provided one is available that makes sense.
  24. It strikes me that supposedly Urlacher and Cutler weren't going to get along when Cutler signed with us. Anyone else remember that? Now look at Brian come to his defense. All I've got to say is this: =D> =D> =D> Bravo, Brian.
  25. Taylor is most definitely terrible. Or at least, has been this season. He had a good game last week, but other than that, he's been awful. I would think just about any back could do what Taylor did last season. If we would have had Khalil Bell in his role, for example, I'm not seeing how any game would have turned out differently.
