  1. They both got flags for 'woofing' at each other? Wow this rivalry is more intense then I thought..
  2. There we go! TD Arkansas! 17-7 now
  3. For the record, I remember Bruce reporting in one of the threads that the Cubs had no interest in signing Bonds
  4. Wow....he got jacked up
  5. Not good..I have a feeling that Florida overtakes Michigan. Eitherway, if USC loses, there is going to be a crapload of controversey tomorrow afternoon
  6. What a favorable bounce for UCLA
  7. Haha, UM fan decked out in a jersey and hat talking trash to USC people
  8. Ugh, huge stop for USC
  9. Florida scores, up 10-0 now on Arkansas. Cmon Hogs, show up!
  10. This is a fun game to watch. I was just watching ESPN and they are already pimping up Florida just in case. I guess the experts want anyone but Michigan in the title game.
  11. NICE! Just scored a ticket to the game, courtesy of NSBB member jmajew
  12. Why did the RB give up on such a close play? I can't believe he didn't try to fall on the ball... That said, I am starting to believe that short of lofting the ball up for Jarrett, USC cant move the ball on UCLAs D
  13. i agree... i would love this... but DEFENSE??? We had 4 players (Lee, Sosa, Alou, Ramirez) with 30 HRs and 1 more (Patterson) with 24 in 2004 and we didn't have the best offense.
  14. USC wins, they play Ohio State USC loses, Florida wins, Michigan plays Ohio State USC loses, Florida loses, Michigan plays Ohio State What if Florida wins by 137 points tonight?
  15. Any chance UCLA can pull this out today? :prays:
  16. DePaul wins! Too bad I was too hung over to go.........
  17. There was a much larger thread involving Soriano during that same time period, better bumping material
  18. What the heck is so attractive about a Bears/Bucs game? Everyone knows that the Bucs haven't won a game in freezing weather in countless years. I doubt that's going to change in a few weeks. There has to be some other game that they can go to. Oh yeah, the Packers-49ers game  Except for the fact that in 2002 they beat the Bucs in frozen Champaign and the Eagles in freezing Philly in the NFC championship game en route to the Super Bowl
  19. Unfulfilled expectations + numerous setbacks + team sucking + perceived unpassionate attitude = fans unfairly turning on Prior
  20. Podsednik was 264th in the majors with a 5.8 VORP. Lee was 98th with a 24.7 This takes into account SB. It was a bad trade, but at the same time, you can't argue with a WS title...can you?
  21. Good for Prior, good to see promising signs in the organization after 2 years straight of almost completely negatives.
  22. Yeah this coming on the heels of Steve Bartman ruining our chance to goto the World Series. Geez
  23. I know he "aged" 2-3 years at some point in his career. The Cubs research staff were probably lazy and used some old information in making their article
  24. if this team stays healthy, there is no reason why it shouldnt be way over .500 as it stands right now? way? there is very little starting pitching on the team as of 11/28/06 If all are healthy its Zambrano Hill Prior Miller Marshall/Marmol/Mateo/Guzman Not a great rotation, probably in the bottom third. Of course if we got 2003 Prior, and 2002 Miller and a second half 2006 Hill we are looking pretty good.
