    ^ How do we know what's going on behind the scenes. We knew he'd be pissed when we franchised him. He never in the past said he was going to leave the Bears, he just said he wanted to shop around and get full market value, which is certainly fair after the Bears couldn't extend him last year. He played his butt off, became a huge name, started a second consecutive Pro Bowl, and now he gets franchised and is going to lose millions. I dunno, I'm just playing devils advocate though

    Michigan just choked away their NCAA chances against Ohio State with 2 stupid turnovers and a tipped rebound right into the hands of an OSU player that lead to an 8-0 run. Michigan had a 6 point lead with 3:30 left..

    This reminds me of when Red Sox fans were accusing Ramero Mendoza of coming over from the Yankees to sabotage the Red Sox by sucking. That is totally what Cotts is doing. I hope Aardsma is doing the same for the Cubs.

    I agree completely. Plus with the low OBP/high power on the team, the offense could very well resemble the feast or famine offenses of 2004-2005

    Ya know..... last year, the CUBS were 12-3 when they scored at least 3 runs in the first inning...... 54-93 when they didn't. :wink: Man, I'm really getting excited about baseball !! Unbelievable that we actually lost 3 games last year after scoring 3 runs in the first.
