We need like 5-6 this inning for me to feel comfortable with early season Lilly out there.

He's gotta be hurt. There is absolutely no reason to use your closer in a tie game on the road. Unless Marmol already won the closers job back from Gregg. Of course you use your closer. Once you get to the 9th inning every inning is a save situation. Saving a good reliever for when you get the lead is a good way to lose before you get one. What I meant was, using the closer before using Marmol. If Gregg gets out of the 10th and the Cubs get the lead in the top of the 11th, then Lou uses Marmol to save. Seems out of order to me.

Umm there is a problem with sitting at row 1 of the 500 level. I am pretty sure that you are right in front of the walkway that goes around the entire UD. It's partially elevated higher than the walkway, but everytime anyone goes up near your section to do anything you will be obstructed, which is a majority of the game.

I didnt realize Dar and Mac declared for the draft. If they both get drafted, DePaul might have a historically bad season. Maybe something like 2-30 (0-16).

Only 2.5 behind Philly for the 6 seed with 4 to play (and one of them is vs. Philly at the UC. It's not likely, but it certainly is still a possibility for the Bulls. This is Philly's schedule to end the year: @ Chicago Cleveland @ Toronto Boston @ Cleveland If they go 1-4, with their win being over Toronto. The Bulls would have to go at least 3-1 to tie Philly. Not sure what the tiebreaker is beyond H2H (it would be tied 2-2) -
??? Marmol is hurt now, too? He threw 25 pitches last night. If he would've come in and thrown 25 tonight people would have complained about that also Not with an off day on Thursday.

So far this year, 2 concerns I had - the starting pitching and the bullpen have been pretty damn awesome. The offense, which I'm not really concerned about at all, has been flat and ineffective. So far so good.

This sucks...the game is on WGN so we won't get postgame live to hear Lou's press conference. I want to hear how hurt Marmol is.

Our range on the left side of the infield is absolutely horrible. That's 2 double play balls that weren't even touched by the infield.

Great...leadoff guy on for Berkman, probably Jason Michaels and Tejada. I really have no idea why Cotts is still in there. there's not even a lefty due up in the inning. Where the heck is Marmol?

Is Marmol hurt? For some reason Lou is saving his 2 best relievers for either the potential 15th inning or tomorrow I guess as it looks like Cotts is coming in for another inning.

Running to first on a BB. Charlie Hustle It's bad enough when a rival team has one guy everyone hates simply based on how they behave on the field, but the Astros have two. Tejada is also a big fan of celebrating things on the field too..
