Opening day is almost always the same day as the NCAA title game. I dont think thats true. Opening day is about a week later than normal this year. It's been true for at least several years. Yup, I remember watching the Cubs crushing the DBacks in 2005 and then watching the Illini in the NC game. (sorry for the reminder Illini fans) -
Z's will probably go 1 more since its the first game of the season and his arm probably isnt ready to go 120 pitches. But who knows, its Carlos. That Astros cowgirl is smoking.

Last year's opening day thread had 68 pages. We have some work to do....I have to wonder if excitement for the Cubs has lessened this year, or if the size of NSBB's community has dwindled.
