  1. So you don't think that Hawks player tipped it on its way behind the net.
  2. lol Sharks outshot the Hawks 18-6 in the 3rd.
  3. An OT intermission in the playoffs is the same length as a between period intermission right? Or at least longer than the intermission in the regular season, which is non-existent.
  4. Sharks beating us on SOG for the 3rd game in a row. This time destroying them. I guess that's what happens when you get like 50 penalties.
  5. dubious high sticking call. This is ridiculous. I hope a columnist somewhere picks up on this and writes about it.
  6. 2 total penalties called on the Sharks in games 1 and 3 combined. 7 penalties called on the Sharks called in the game where the Hawks were leading by multiple goals most of the game.
  7. Ugh, Kane has been awful tonight.
  8. Seriously it looked like it was tipped by a hawk close to the sharks blue line, and then the sharks player zig zags to the goal line and they call icing. It's pretty blatant what they are doing right now.
  9. That's a dubious icing call. And we have to pay for it. Thanks refs you losers.
  10. Excessive celebration. That's a 5 minute major.
  11. WAY TO REDEEM YOURSELF BOLLAND!!!!!!
  12. I hadn't thought about that. It would definitely be in their best interests for SJ to make this a longer series.
  13. Sweet another penalty on the Hawks. We are at home right??
  14. he barely touched his leg Yeah I didn't see the replay there. Seems like Buff gets a untimely penalty called on him every game.
  15. Offensively, it seems like the plan is to get it in the zone and shoot a slapshot and hope it gets by the goalie or he gives up a rebound. What happened to crashing the net? I know you aren't going to be able to do that every time you get the puck in the zone, but I feel like the Hawks are just ripping it on net because a few got past Nabby in the 2nd game. Tonight they aren't going through.
  16. Another bad penalty on the Hawks. They are really killing themselves tonight with stupid plays.
  17. Please give up a rebound Nabby.
  18. Me too. it's because my hopes are now up. i wasn't scared during game 1, and i wasn't at all scared in game 2 until we had the 3-0 lead. I just have been doing a great job keeping things in perspective. In the past I've said stuff about perspective but haven't lived up to it. I wasn't scared game 1 because I knew if we lost the goal was still a split. I wasn't nervous in game 2 because we already had the split. I wasn't too nervous tonight because the goal is now a split at home (by virtue of taking both road games).
  19. Wow, what a horrible start to the period. The penalties are really flying in favor of the Sharks again this game, but this one was very obvious.
  20. Yeah I don't mind being in a crapshoot as dexter says, it's better to be in a close game than down 4-1, which in the back of my mind I thought was going to happen. I hate being a pessimist.
  21. Sharks outshooting us 23-21 again through 2. But the Hawks are winning the faceoffs 26-11 wow. I must only notice when we lose a draw because if you had asked me who was winning faceoffs I would have said SJ.
  22. i think it's the opposite. we are clearly outplaying them, but the later it goes in the game, the more it becomes a crapshoot Yeah but if it's a crapshoot, the worst case scenario is 2-1 series with another home game coming up. I'm not saying I will accept that, or that it's ok. But if that's the worst case scenario, the best thing I'll take out of this is that SJ has not been able to outplay us for more than a few minutes here or there all series, and it's been in situations where it requires their best play and it just hasn't been good enough to top the Hawks play. On the Sharks end, if they lose this game, they are done. I don't care what Philly did to Boston they are done. If there's 5 minutes left in a tie game, who do you think is going to play tight and get away from their game plan and who is going to be more loose and sticking to what got them to this point tied.
