    Embrace the fun bad! Although this is pretty much peak anger. From here it quickly turns to apathy until the season ends. Sucks because I was looking forward to the 5 out of 6 home game stretch all year and when it finally gets here the team is dead.

    Your feelings tend to change when you give up 106 points in 2 games. I said all along if he lost the team and/or the team bottoms out he is on the hot seat but most likely he'd be back. He's not taking the most likely route right now.

    Well from Trestman's perspective, the potential net gain to his job security from his team scoring some garbage time points is not worth the potential disaster of one of his highly paid offensive stars suffering a serious injury during meaningless football.

    Officials are going to review to make sure no Bears committed a penalty on that play because they had to have.

    You know for years I saw that 1980 game where the Bears won 63-7 and wondered how the hell one of these teams could beat the other by such a large margin in this rivalry. And now it makes sense today.

    Why are any of them in? I'm not just saying that because im in a close fantasy matchup and my opponent has cutler. this is ridiculous. that looked like a really bad injury on first viewing.

    i think both trestman and chris williams are finding oot the NFL is a little more difficult than the CFL.

    Jason Campbell, Lamar Houston and Michael Bush say hello. Lamar Houston played his role well. Bush and Campbell are not significant in the entirety of his FA record. It might be a fluke, but character comes into play when evaluating FA moves, and houston has been a bonehead since he got here, getting into multiple fights with teammates, calling out the fans on twitter, and then the aforementioned injury in garbage time. I hear what you're saying, but...the NFL is littered with bonehead characters I hear you, but his bonehead character cut his production in half this year

    He's been GM for 3 years and this team is awful. It's pretty clear he has not been good. He's largely done well with talent composition IMO. He inherited an aging defensive team and outside of his first draft where he still managed to draft a pro-bowl caliber WR, I think has done well drafting. His only real bad FA signing to this point is JA. And his one trade was great At this juncture his coaching decisions have completely undermined those things(literally half of today's scores can be linked directly to coaching not talent). So yes he's been bad, but I don't think it's unreasonable if you liked him at first you'd give him a shot to correct this current existing weakness. Agreed but I'm trying to see why someone would want to keep him beyond the unwritten rule of them staying for two coaches. Good job on Marshall. Good pick w/Alshon. I still think Bennett was a good move. Long pick was solid. But damn it to hell you can't blow your HC pick like this. Not on a CFL guy when there were other clearly better choices it seems like whenever he tries to outsmart everyone, like picking Shea or hiring Trestman, he fails miserably.
