They'll sub someone in for defense in the late innings, whether it be Castro or Javy. Starlin should be on the field if at all possible. He is the longest tenured Cub and was part of a lot of bad years he's earned being able to be on that field imo

    how is that a circus? This alone is not a circus. The drama of the last few days is. Never thought I'd be watching a press conference where the DA is holding up a paper box and examining that rape kits are in boxes not bags. Just bizarre all around.

    Now they are showing security video proving the chain of custody and that the rape kit is in a clear box.

    This is a circus, the DA holding up a box and saying "THIS IS A RAPE KIT, AS YOU CAN SEE IT IS IN A BOX. RAPE KITS ARE NOT IN BAGS NOR DO THEY INVOLVE A BAG"

    Sutcliffe is on ESPN radio and was saying he's still not sure if the Cubs should start Lester or Arrieta in the WC game because he's seen what Lester has done in the postseason (ok so far so good) and when he saw Lester step up last year in the Wild Card game he knew this guy shows up in big games. (Hmm)

    lol...Haren being skipped because of the off day. This will scare the [expletive] out of most but apparently Maddon said that he wouldn't rule out a "bullpen day" in game 2 of the NLDS if we advance.
