My question is what is the long term plan for the Bulls? I'm pretty sure this roster is getting overhauled over the next 2 years assuming we don't win a title this year. After this season you lose 13.4m from Noah, 2.8m from Hinrich, 2.2m from Brooks, and 1.1m from Moore. Moore is the only one I think is possible to come back from that group. Also, Pau has a 7.7m option for next year...he may pick it up if he doesn't think he can get more than that in FA, or he might opt out regardless for a chance to join a Spurs/Cavs/Clippers team at a much lower salary. Plus the cap explodes so we should have some ability to build a more "Hoiball" style team. I hold out hope for the Bulls, and if things click they can definitely contend in the east, and my opinion isn't influenced much by the preseason and first 5 games (an opinion I had for awhile), but I don't think this team has enough shooters to compliment Hoiberg's offense (which admittedly I know only in extremely basic form) which will ultimately be its downfall. I had more to add here but I have to go back to work.
