Yesterday, one of the beat writers said on Twitter that Soler would be eligible to come off the DL this week but La Stella is ahead of him. Both would have to go on a rehab assignment. yeah I think they will be very careful with Soler, I wouldn't be surprised if its another 3 weeks before he's back.

OPS against vs. LHB: 08 - .650 09 - .645 10 - .574 11 - .639 12 - .591 13 - .639 15 - .534 16 - .924 I agree he probably feels like there is no better options so he has to keep coming out there, but also he probably also thinks that based on his history, his lack of success against LHB this year is an aberration and will eventually regress to his career numbers.

I am not sure why Joe is extending this many opportunities to turn it around. I mean he was pretty good last year but even at last year's value, he's not exactly invaluable. All that said, let Joe do whatever he wants with the large lead we have. I highly doubt he's putting Richard in during a tied playoff game.

Hard to fault Almora for that, he read the ball was getting by Molina, didn't anticipate it bouncing off the ump's leg right back to him. Yeah. Seeing the replay, Almora made the right read. Still have no idea what Coghlan was doing. I know, my first thought after Almora was called out was "oh damn well at least we still have a RISP"

Heyward was showing signs of going into a streak but the last 5-6 games he's stopped driving the ball with authority again. I'm still convinced he will get out of this funk and be solid offensively but I'm quite frustrated watching him at the plate in the meantime
