    Actually we do not know if he was at the club. Those are still rumors. ABC 7 reported this

    There are lots of rumors flying around involving Tank Johnson and the shooting. What we do know is that he was at the club where Posey got shot/murdered and he was there when it happened. We don't know for sure if/how Tank was involved. One rumor has it that Tank was involved in the fight before the shooting and that his posse didn't get patted down before entering the club (I doubt this). Could this incident endanger his parole agian?

    Yet they are 20th in offensive yards and 3rd in defensive yards. (This is probably true, but I dont remember the source of the info) That is true, but in my mind yardage isn't as important as points. Would you concur?

    Speaking of Mark Anderson, he should be playing most every down. Who should sit? FYI the Bears are number 2 in points scored and number 2 in points allowed in the NFL.

    Once Dusty D was put on the injured list there is no way he can come off even if Johnson can't play? I thought I heard Dusty was healthy again.

    Kerry Wood owes Chicago because he stubbornly refused to change his pitching mechanics because he wanted to throw hard and have a nasty hook. With that said, I really do hope he has a great year.

    Just listening to Lou at the winter meetings. He at least has a cogent thought and I don't get embarrassed every time he speaks for the Cubs. Definitely an improvement, but it was hard to get worse.

    Another shootout loss for the Hawks. But they got a point. They still had a chance to win after a Coyote missed his first shot. Undefeated under Savard though.

    The Hawks had some bad misses on the shootout. It seemed like they were shooting form too far away. With Havlat, the Hawks win that shootout. Still, they got a point so I am happy.

    That was an exciting ending. Too bad the Hawks lost in a shootout. The shootout ended in a spin-o-rama by the Wild player. That took guts.

    Khabibulin has been playing great lately. He has made some unbelievable glove saves in the last few games.

    Am I the only one who totally disagreed with the announcers in that it was a bad decision to go to Berrian there? He was one on one and getting separation. The throw was bad, the wind didn't help, and Berrian not contesting the pick more didn't either, but I didn't think it was a bad decision as they kept trying to say. It was Grossman's vision on that play. Clark was wide open on and he was right in the line of sight of Rex. Why throw a pass that deep in these conditions is beyond me.

    When one minor incident is your headline, you know you are an average baseball player. Man that guy swings at everything. If he could only be more like Vlad.

    I saw an ESPN article where the headband rule was Paxsons and Skiles just had to live with it. Supposedly Ben asked about it before the contract was signed but the Bulls never got back to him about it. But then again I thought Ben said he knew. Regardless, it is a dumb rule. Let the man keep the sweat out of his eyes. Another dumb Skiles rule was the taping of the ankles policy. Skiles mandates that the guys tape their ankles before every practice and game. When Ben did it, he could barely run because he wasn't used to it. He complained and I think got away with it.

    Not sure if this has been posted, but the winning numbers in the Ohio lottery were 4-2-3-9 on Saturday night. But the lottery isn't rigged.

    The Cubs are thinking about putting Soriano in CF. Are they crazy?
