    probably some time in 2004 thanks to nsbb. lol, i remember the days when i quite passionately declared that sosa deserved the mvp over mcgwire because of his rbi totals, and the fact that the cubs made the playoffs. i also used to argue quite seriously that shawon dunston was as good as ozzie smith.

    i've always kind of liked ozzie. i'd never want him managing the cubs, but as a sports personality he's pretty amazing.

    You're the worst The 2008 Cubs would've won it I'm not implying this team is supposed to win, but it's still as painful as ever to watch. The 2008 Cubs did lose baseball games. but they ALWAYS came back down by 1 run with a runner on 2nd with 2 outs in the 9th inning.
