  1. http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/page/rumblings120518/mlb-2013-interleague-schedule-huge-step-right-direction good enough.
  2. Can't we just throw to first base after every single and have LaHair knock them off the bag? Dunn would be the only guy he's have a problem with. Steve Stone said it was a clean play. maybe an unintentional play, but come on.
  3. More info plz. screaming line drive towards the white sox bullpen, ohman practically jumped in front of it trying to stop it with his bare hands
  4. haha, will ohman nearly sacrificed his life to keep the line drive out of the stands
  5. dejesus beats the tag at 2nd, gets shoved off the base and tagged, is called out
  6. so far you're still wrong. You don't think that pitch to LaHair was intentional? i do think it was. but he didn't drill lahair.
  7. wow, i never really got a meatball vibe from wood at all. i'm sure i disagree with some of his views on baseball, but i do think he'd be a competent broadcaster with a good sense of humor.
  8. this is going to be one of those games where the cubs get a ton of hard hit balls for outs.
  9. looks like it got mostly his face.
  10. biggio got hit by a pitch, but i see your point.
  11. The Score is saying Wood wants to pitch today, retire tomorrow.
  12. First thing's first, obviously... http://youtu.be/nDgnfm3NOVY
  13. meh. a slap hitter against a great pitcher, it's not infuriating as most bunts.
  14. cue 3 week hot streak with 9 home runs
  15. I'm pretty sure that was Starlin's plan all along
  16. samardzija not just being a competent starting pitcher, but an excellent one, is my favorite story of the year so far. i'm happy lahair is doing well, but you know rizzo is still the long term answer at first.
  17. They paid their money and have seen the Marmol Show before. How else are they going to send a message that he needs to start earning his money by doing his job? (That message is already lost on one veteran.) If a few boos from the hometown paying customers rattle him in a meaningless May game, he won't see an October game. the boo birds certainly have improved soriano's performance.
