In McCutchen's defense, he was playing in left center and the throw went into right center. He had a long run just to get to the ball but his throw was terrible.
I don't understand why Cub pitchers who can throw 95mph are so afraid to pitch inside. An inside fastball to Grienke or Crawford probably ends the inning. Then he does it to Puig and gets a weak ground ball back to the mound.
