  1. Well, that pathetic inning probably gave Luzardo the ability to go an extra one today.
  2. Making contact like that on a 2-0 pitch in that scenario makes me irrationally angry.
  3. Their 7th time being shutout in 19 games. They've now scored 38 runs in 19 games.
  4. Never wanted him. He's a chucker, who's only in it for himself. 43.2 FG%, sub 1 AST per game. Between 3 BIG 10 tournament games and 1 NCAA game, he had a total of 2 assists. He shoots 32% from 3. He's nowhere near a good enough shooter to be the only thing he brings to the table.
  5. Please don't sleep walk against a bad team after exceeding expectations against that brutal start.
  6. I'm on the verge of sliding PCA back to #3rd in the organization rankings and it has more to do with what Horton/Shaw are doing rather than what PCA isn't' doing
  7. 18 games, 38 runs scored. This has to be more than just bad and onto historically awful. The 3rd lowest scoring team in baseball, the Twins, have scored 58 runs in those same 18 games. Meanwhile the Braves have put up 108 runs in 17 games.
  8. Have not watched a single game this season.
  9. Maybe they traded him for a reliever who is less of a disaster than the ones in the current Cub bullpen.
  10. This prospect fatigue on Maye is completely crazy right now. I've now seen him go QB #4 and behind McCarthy. He's very clearly the 2nd best prospect, stop over thinking it.
  11. This guy pulling off a sub 2 era has to rank as one of the biggest flukes of all time.
  12. Maybe next time don't invest in the reliever whose peripherals all scream average at best.
  13. Relying on almonte and Cuas was a truly wise move. This pen is hot garbage.
  14. The WSox line up has, as of now, 2 players batting above .200 and one of those is batting .226. They've scored 30 runs in 14 games now.
  15. Inner, geekier, more immature me thinks this is very funny.
  16. The prospect fatigue on Drake and MHJ is reaching stupid levels. Even ESPN is looking for any reason possible to drop them in the draft. ESPN had a mock with MHJ going to the Bears at 9. If that happens, I'm spending the night in jail.
  17. I'm game with trading down as far back as like 18 because you're still going to be able to pop one of Latu, Thomas, Verse there. After that it becomes a bit sketchier.
  18. Sure are a lot of anonymous sources out there claiming they'd be "shocked" if the Bears didn't trade down from 9.
  19. These guys are definitely huge Zac Efron fans.
  20. Thomas is the only WR I'd be ok with them trading down to grab. I think his upside is extremely high.
  21. So Buffalo more or less has to take a WR in the 1st now that they're without Diggs and Davis. I would not advocate it and it would take a huge huge haul, but I'd bet they're desperate to move up to #9.To move all the way back to #28, for me, would require at least #28 this year, '25 1st and '24 pick 60 and probably the '25 2nd too. Even with that "overpay" I'm still not sure I'd be real happy.
